The Full Business Assessment is an in-depth look at the back-end and front-end systems of your business by an experienced Business Performance Coach. Now, we’re not just talking about the software and the tools you use, but your standard operating procedures. How you and your team engage with your clients, how you approach your business on a daily basis, and so much more.

The process is simple: complete the assessment form, allow me 7 days to perform the assessment, then we’ll spend an hour and a half developing a plan together for your business.

By the end of the 90-minute session, you’ll know what needs to be done and you’ll spend less time on things that don’t matter and more time on the activities that are closest to the money.

Work On Your Business Before Hiring Someone to Work In It

Most people don’t know this, but working with a virtual team is so, so different than working with an in-house team. First of all, you’re not their only client, second, it’s easy for a service provider to say they are an expert when in fact, they aren’t at all.

Most importantly though, if you don’t have foundational systems and processes in place before hiring your team, you’re going to wasting a lot of time and dealing with a lot of frustration. My coaching will help you put all of those systems in place first, then make a strong plan to hire the right people, rather than a general virtual assistant like most business owners tend to do. Here’s the plan:

Month One :: Systems

When hiring a team, they don’t know who your ideal clients are, they don’t know their pains and frustrations or their goals and aspirations. They don’t know how to speak their language, they aren’t sure how you work with clients, what exactly you do for them, how you deliver your services, or what outcomes clients get from working with you. They don’t know how your day is structured, how you want it to be structured, when you want them to work, what your purpose is, and they don’t know how productive you are, or how productive you expect them to be. Please believe me when I say that this is not common knowledge to most service providers because everyone works differently!

Week one includes mapping out who your clients are, what the want, what they respond to and how they engage with you. We’re going to dig deep so every time a service provider is doing work in your business, they know who they are targeting.

Week two includes outlining your exact signature solution in a way that even a child could answer questions on how you do business. This is especially helpful if you’re going to have a Virtual Assistant manage your inbox and answer customer questions, if you’re hiring a copywriter or a designer, or having someone create social media messages for you.

Week three is all about mastering productivity. The goal here is to get you working less than 40 hours per week (although 30 is even more desirable), getting clear on your exact purpose in your business, and structuring your day so that you’re available to interact with team members as needed while still working with your clients and doing the activities that only you can do.

Week four is an implementation week to put this all together.

Month Two :: Solutions

Week one we will outline all of your offerings from your free resources to your $7 ebook, to your $10,000 coaching program, and everything in between. Anyone working with you should have an intimate understanding of everything you’re selling, how much it is, what the time commitment is, what the enrollment process is and more.

Week two we’ll go through your lead magnets, make sure they are easily accessible by your team (and you!) and match them to the product or service they are promoting. If you don’t have any lead magnets, or yours are outdated, we will brainstorm different lead magnets that can be created by your team and what they will promote.

Week three is all about putting the “fun” back into “funnels”! We’ll take a look at your existing sales funnels to make sure they don’t have any leaks. We’ll make sure they are strong and structured correctly for the purpose they are serving. If you don’t yet have a funnel in place, we’ll use my funnel finder tool to determine the best funnel for your business and how to deploy it.

Week four is another implementation week.

Month Three :: Support

It’s almost time to start hiring! That is if you’re ready. Maybe this coaching is helping you get really productive and you find you don’t need to hire anyone, and that’s okay too. It’s still important to have the right systems in place even if you’re the only one who uses them.

Week one is where we will look at the content you are currently sharing with your audience and then strategize how we can do it better, what needs to be done by you, and what can be outsourced to a copywriter or virtual assistant. We’ll look at your free blog posts, your Youtube videos, your podcast episodes and more. If you have a lot of content already, we’ll work on repurposing your best stuff. If you don’t have a ton, we’ll develop a content plan that will attract your ideal clients.

Week two is where we magnify the impact that your content is making. You may want to create an evergreen webinar that you run Facebook ads to, or you may want to create a professional video that outlines exactly how you work with clients and the transformation that occurs. This is where we really help you develop a plan to be seen and be heard by your audience.

Week three of month three is my absolute favorite because this is where we focus on automating all of these systems that we’ve been creating. I call this Systemization for Intentional Automation, which is a mouthful! The point is, we don’t want to just automate things for the sake of automating them; that’s where things start to break, tasks slip through the cracks, and clients start to get mad. Nope, we’re going to get super intentional about what gets automated and how it gets automated. What makes sense, and what still needs a human touch to make sure it’s just right.

Week four, our final week is all about tying up any loose ends, figuring out your hiring plan, and determining if you need additional support from us or anyone we can connect you to.
